Ava and I have now both been diagnosed with EoE, Eosinophilic Esophagitis.  Since we do not know what the cause is of my EoE, the doctor ordered a very strict diet or an elemental diet. I am not ready to drink just the formula.

As of now…No dairy. No gluten. No nuts. No red meat. No fish. No Egg.  This is hard. This is not fun.

Ava agrees. She says, “I can handle my four cranial surgeries…but I cannot handle my dairy allergy!”
