Just wanted to update everyone on Harlie.

Harlies spirits have been good the last couple days and she’s pushing herself in physical therapy, but she has lost so much muscle in her shoulders.  They are coming out of socket because muscle is what holds it there. The bump on her back is still bad.

Her right thigh is swollen and hurts.  She is probably going to have an ultra sound on it to make sure there’s not an infection there.

She’s had a fever this week and vomited blood, and she has started forgetting things like how to make bracelets, names, conversations that happened earlier in day. That worries me:-(

Her blood levels have slowly been going down all week so they gave her another blood transfusion on Sunday. She’s still bleeding somewhere internally.

Today, she has another Cytoxin treatment that makes her so sick for days or a week, as well as the 1000 mg steroid and methotrexate. Praying it helps to finally control this disease..

This week they are going to do another swallow study. Hopefully, that goes well so she can final drink or eat something.
So it’s been an emotional roller coaster of a week.
