Stephanie Valdez updated us this morning: “Harlie’s hemoglobin has dropped down to 5.2. Her heart rate is extremely high. They are giving her 2 units of blood ASAP. There is a lot of blood coming out when she sits down. They are extremely worried that she is bleeding in her lower GI. They just did the X-ray. They moved it up from 3:30 pm this afternoon due to the fact that she is losing so much blood. We need to see if there is a perforation. We are going to consult with the GI and surgical team very soon. We are hoping for the results of the X-rays sooner than later. We will update everyone as soon as we can.
