As we celebrate the anniversary of Justin’s kidney transplant today from polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to University of Utah Health and their incredible transplant team. Their care and expertise during the transplant and over the past year have been invaluable. Justin has done incredibly well this year and he is back to where he was before the transplant with work, travel and golf. We are so grateful to our good Samaritan donor through the Living Donor Program as well as our family friend that donated into the Kidney Exchange Program, Jeff Hart. We are extremely thankful to Ryan and Ashley Smith and our entire Utah Jazz family for their continued support over the past year. A special thank you to our families and our friends for your love, support and prayers.
Much Love,
Justin, Gina, Ava, Oskar and Lucy
