Longest night ever.. After receiving the cytoxin treatment and methotrexate and 1000 mg of steroid yesterday, Harlie started feeling sick about 9 pm last night. She started vomiting blood and she had blood in her stools after being sick like this every two hours.  She is losing a concerning amount of blood.  Her blood pressure is extremely low. Her heart rate is extremely high due to so much pain. She couldn’t keep her oxygen levels at a safe level. They were discussing putting her in the ICU.  We had to wait for GI doctors to decide what to do if they would go back in because of the large amount of fresh blood she was losing. They are also concerned that when she vomited that she breathed in some of the blood and aspirated, they heard some crackling in one of her lungs. They decided it’s too risky to scope so wait and see…:-(
